A Buyer's Agent is a licensed real estate agent that represents homebuyers in real estate transactions. Any real estate agent can help you to buy a home, but an Exclusive Buyer's Agent only helps homebuyers and NEVER represents sellers*. So, when you use me as your Exclusive Buyer's Agent in Maricopa AZ, you can be assured that I will never represent the seller*. The real estate industry was previously representing the Seller, exclusively, leaving home buyers unprotected & unrepresented. But now, home buyers want and need to have an equal level of representation in the real estate transaction. Well, I am doing just that by exclusively representing Maricopa AZ area home buyers and giving them the level of service they demand. I firmly believe that you, the home buyer, have a right to full and equal representation and service, the same that sellers have monopolized...until recently.
